1.OEM/ODM

Q: Do you accept OEM/ODM? How to do it?

A: We accept OEM/ODM orders,you can freely send us your designs or give us ideas,we design for you until be satified.

 

2.Payment
Q:What are the terms of payments you offer?
A:Payment of the goods should be sent in USD or RMB on the basis of goods Values. We accept payment of T/T, Western Union,, PayPal and cash only.

 

3.Shipment
Q:How long will it take to deliver goods?
A:We will deliver the goods within 3-5 working days common order, OEM/ODM orders take a little more times to test and prepare, we will deliver the goods within the deadline which both parties agreed.

Q:What kind of packaging you offer?
A:We will pack the goods well with exporting packages to make sure all goods in a good condition during storage and delivery.

Q:What kind of transportation methods you offer?
A:a. We always use express delivery like DHL, UPS, FedEx, TNT and EMS, as we enjoy perfect discount in these companies.But if buyers provide us accounts of their own, transportation fee paid by such accounts are also welcomed.
b. We also always transport by air and sea for the goods with large quantity, and we will confirm freight with buyers’ prior delivery.

Q:How about the insurance during transportation? How to deal with the responsibility?
A:Buyers should take the full responsibility for shortage of goods if the goods are checked by any custom during transportation. During transportation, if goods are missed because of having been detained by custom in China, all loss thus occurred should be borne by us; if missing or detained of goods are occurred in other country except China, all loss should be borne by buyers

Q:What Locations can you ship to?
A:We can send the goods to the whole world if the express way can deliver it.

 

4.Goods Return
Q:What conditions should be considered to return goods?
A:a. Goods were delivered by SR; b. Goods are within our warranty policy

Q:How long will you take to deal with the returned goods?
A:we will provide the first feedback within 5 working days

 

5. Others
Q:What kind of problem will happen usually?
A:Some goods will be out of stock and cannot offer, because it cannot meet the quality request or really.
